Healthy Bodies, Healthy Business

Program: Wise businesswomen know the healthier we are, the better we are able to function and therefore to run our businesses. Join NAWBO SEVA as our panel of health experts brings us an evening of tricks and tips that all entrepreneurs can use to relieve stress on our bodies. Anya Wolfenden of The Heritage Store, Donna Ertel with Melaleuca, and Suzanne Garcia with Natural Elements Spa & Salon will share insight and expertise from their individual niches. Members and guests can expect to take home an abundance of ideas and solutions that benefit bodies and bottom lines.

Anya Wolfenden, Director of Communications at The Heritage Store in Virginia Beach, Hampton Roads’ largest center for holistic health, natural foods and spiritual growth. Anya holds a Master's Degree in Wellbeing Consulting with concentrations in massage therapy, whole foods nutrition, holistic healing, and creative process. She's been a wellness educator and writer for 28 years

Donna Ertel is an Independent Marketing Executive with Melaleuca, an international health and wellness company. Melaleuca specializes in bringing the best of science and nature together in an extensive line of nutritional, home, and personal care products, all of which are safer for your family and also eco-friendly. Donna holds a bachelor's degree in Biochemistry with a minor in Chemistry from Virginia Tech, as well as an M.B.A from Rider University.

Suzanne Garcia, owner Natural Elements Spa & Salon for the last 8 years. She holds a degree in Psychology from George Mason University and has been involved in health and wellness for over 10 years. Suzanne is an Advisory Board member for the Day Spa Association as well as the Co-Chapter leader for NobleWomen Chesapeake a non-profit organization devoted to Hampton Roads children. She strives to work with any organization that empowers and educates women.

Please bring your marketing materials as there will be plenty of time to network prior to the program.
